User Guide

STEP 01
Install the feces catcher as shown and proceed with the bowel movement.

*Keep the envelope as it will be used for mailing out the samples at the last step.
STEP 02
Open the swab carefully making sure not to touch or contaminate the swab tip. Take a pea-sized stool sample with the swab and break the tip into the empty collection tube.
STEP 03
Take another stool sample of the same size using the other swab and break it into the collection tube that is pre-filled with the preservation buffer.
STEP 04
Once the collection tubes are sealed, shake the sample tube pre-filled with the preservation buffer 10 times to mix the stool sample and the preservation buffer.
STEP 05
Place the two collection tubes into the envelope. Complete the analysis request and research consent forms and place them into the kit along with the envelope. Remove the protective seal on the yellow sticker underneath the front side of the kit. Make sure the kit is sealed well and mail it out to the designated laboratory for analysis.
