Please refrain from brushing teeth, eating food (including water), chewing gum, smoking, and rinsing with mouthwash for 30 minutes before sampling saliva. Before sampling saliva, gently massage both cheeks by rubbing them in circles. Remove lipstick and lip stains (tints).
