User Guide

STEP 01
Please fill in your name and the collection date. Attach the barcode sticker to the designated location.
STEP 02
Before collecting saliva, gently massage both cheeks as if drawing a circle.
STEP 03
Fold and combine the cards, then stand them up.
STEP 04
Expectorate an appropriate amount of saliva onto the collection area.
STEP 05
Allow the saliva to dry for at least 2 hours until completely dry.
STEP 06
Once the card is completely dry, peel off only the card portion, place it in a sterilized plastic bag, then put it in an envelope for shipping. DNA extraction is easy during processing, and it is convenient to obtain a large number of samples.

CAUTION

Before collecting saliva, refrain from brushing your teeth, smoking, or consuming beverages for at least 1 hour.

Before collecting saliva, remove lip makeup and rinse your mouth with water.

Do not touch the sampling area to prevent contamination.

Do not use artificial methods such as heaters, fans, or air conditioners during drying.
